Meaning

  1. (formal) A hand, as the part of the fore limb below the forearm in a human, or the corresponding part in other vertebrates.
  2. (Roman, obsolete) The power over other people, especially that of a man over his wife.

manu

A method of diving similar to a cannonball/bomb but with the lower back entering the water first, causing a large splash.
