The sixth letter of the Arabic alphabet. Its name is حَاء (ḥāʔ), and is preceded by ج (j) and followed by خ (ḵ).

Symbol

The eighth letter in traditional abjad order, which is used in place of numerals for list numbering (abjad numerals). It is preceded by ز (z) and followed by ط (ṭ).
