The fourth letter of the Arabic alphabet. Its name is ثَاء (ṯāʔ) and is preceded by ت (t) and followed by ج (j).

The twenty-third letter in traditional abjad order, which is used in place of numerals for list numbering (abjad numerals). It is preceded by ت (t) and followed by خ (ḵ).
